Scope of Services. Through this Site, Shimmery Dirt Neighborhood Wash markets and arranges House Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Disinfecting Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. Shimmery Dirt Neighborhood Wash (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Shimmery Dirt Neighborhood Wash reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. Shimmery Dirt Neighborhood Wash disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Shimmery Dirt Neighborhood Wash's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
